📋 Description

  • • Own full-cycle recruiting for all functions including engineering (product and platform), sales, GTM, client success, compliance, and operations, sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier candidates
  • • Manage 10+ concurrent recruitment searches while maintaining high standards for candidate quality and experience
  • • Build proactive, deep talent pipelines for critical roles before they become urgent hiring needs
  • • Design and implement structured interview processes, scorecards, and evaluation criteria tailored to each role type
  • • Develop repeatable hiring playbooks that preserve hiring bar while increasing recruitment velocity
  • • Optimize Ashby ATS workflows and build recruiting metrics dashboards to track time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, and offer acceptance rates
  • • Partner directly with CEO and leadership team to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and compensation bands
  • • Advise on organizational design and hiring sequencing to align talent acquisition with company growth goals
  • • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive dynamics across tech and government contracting sectors
  • • Own and enhance GovSignals’ employer brand through compelling job descriptions, targeted outreach, and consistent candidate touchpoints
  • • Improve sourcing channels by creatively identifying passive candidates beyond traditional platforms
  • • Deliver clear, actionable feedback to hiring managers while representing GovSignals with professionalism and urgency
  • • Treat open roles as personal ownership challenges—not administrative tasks—to ensure every hire elevates team performance
  • • Document all recruiting processes and build operational infrastructure to support future scaling of the recruiting function
  • • Lay the foundation for a future recruiting team by establishing systems, workflows, and standards from the ground up
  • • Ensure compliance with all hiring practices while maintaining a candidate-centric experience throughout the funnel
  • • Collaborate with leadership to align hiring priorities with strategic company milestones and funding stages
  • • Continuously refine recruitment metrics and reporting to drive data-informed decisions and improve hiring efficiency
  • • Identify and implement tools or techniques that enhance candidate engagement and reduce drop-off rates in the hiring process
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for all candidate communications, ensuring a seamless and branded experience
  • • Champion diversity and inclusion in sourcing strategies without compromising on quality or urgency
  • • Balance speed and quality in fast-paced, high-stakes hiring environment where each hire significantly impacts company trajectory
  • • Align talent acquisition initiatives with GovSignals’ mission to transform government contracting through AI-driven innovation
