- • As a Recruiter at Givebutter, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle to support the company's growth and ensure a world-class hiring experience that aligns with its mission to empower changemakers in the nonprofit sector.
- • You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, source and engage candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms, manage pipelines in Ashby, drive consistent candidate experiences, and leverage data and AI tools to improve recruiting processes and outcomes.
