📋 Description
- • As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be at the forefront of UpGuard's ambitious growth, playing a pivotal role in scaling our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions across the dynamic APAC and US regions.
- • This is a strategic, hands-on position where you will directly influence the trajectory of our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams by attracting and securing world-class talent.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to GTM leadership, deeply understanding their unique hiring objectives, team dynamics, and future talent requirements.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates who align with UpGuard's mission and values.
- • You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with meticulous attention to detail, from initial candidate engagement and screening through to offer negotiation and seamless onboarding.
- • This involves crafting compelling job descriptions, leveraging a diverse range of sourcing channels (including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach), and building robust talent pipelines for critical GTM roles.
- • You will conduct thorough and insightful candidate interviews, assessing not only technical skills and experience but also cultural fit and alignment with UpGuard's core values of innovation, integrity, and collaboration.
- • A key aspect of this role is building strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, providing them with market insights, candidate feedback, and guidance throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
- • You will be instrumental in enhancing UpGuard's employer brand within the GTM community, representing the company at industry events (virtually or in-person) and championing our unique value proposition.
- • Proactively identify and address potential hiring challenges, developing creative solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure timely delivery of talent.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of UpGuard's recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies, sharing best practices and insights to elevate the overall effectiveness of the People team.
- • You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics, providing regular reports to leadership on pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
- • This role requires a proactive, results-oriented approach, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and building long-term relationships.
- • You will be a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all recruitment efforts, ensuring a fair and equitable process for all candidates and actively seeking to build diverse teams.
- • Stay abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence within the GTM landscape to inform recruitment strategies and advise leadership.
- • Collaborate closely with the broader People team, including HR and Team Member Experience, to ensure a cohesive and supportive employee journey from recruitment through to ongoing engagement.
