• • We are a dynamic and passionate team of approximately 75 individuals, driven by a founding team with extensive entrepreneurial experience in scaling web products from inception to IPO. Our leadership includes seasoned executives with proven track records in tech leadership, AI/LLM development, customer acquisition, e-commerce growth, and finance.
• • Having doubled our headcount last year and scaling to 50 million users in just two years with a lean team, we are now embarking on another significant growth phase. The next wave of hires will be instrumental in shaping EverAI as we expand to over 100 employees.
• • As the second Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, you will play a pivotal role in this expansion. You will collaborate directly with our CEO and partner with leaders across all business functions to recruit the exceptional talent required for one of the world's fastest-growing AI products.
• • Our hiring strategy is global, encompassing all company functions with a strong emphasis on technology. We aim to attract and onboard individuals from leading tech hubs worldwide, fostering a diverse and innovative workforce.
• • This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the evolution of our Talent Acquisition function. You will contribute to refining internal recruitment workflows, experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools for recruitment, launching impactful employer branding initiatives, and testing innovative sourcing strategies to maintain our high hiring standards.
• • The key mission for this role is to identify, attract, and secure top global talent, while simultaneously contributing to the development of a recruitment stack that aligns with the scale and ambition of a company serving a massive global user base.
• • Responsibilities include global talent scouting, identifying and engaging elite professionals from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies through proactive outreach and networking. You will also focus on smart sourcing, supporting the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack using advanced tools, AI agents, and niche communities to discover exceptional candidates.
• • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive talent worldwide will be crucial to anticipate and meet future hiring needs as the company continues its rapid scaling.
• • You will be responsible for delivering a world-class candidate experience, managing the entire journey from initial contact to the final offer, ensuring every interaction is clear, respectful, and high-quality, regardless of the outcome.
• • Conducting structured interviews and screenings to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit will be a core duty, providing concise and actionable feedback to Hiring Managers and Leadership.
• • You will actively contribute to hiring operations, working closely with Founders and Team Leads to optimize hiring workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance our recruitment processes as we grow beyond 100 employees.
• • Furthermore, you will participate in employer branding and other strategic initiatives, contributing to creative projects and content that solidify EverAI's position as the premier destination for top AI talent globally.
