- • In this dynamic role, you will be entrusted with the complete ownership of the hiring process for a diverse range of roles, encompassing engineering, product, sales, and operations. This involves meticulously sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, professional communities, referral networks, and niche platforms, ensuring a proactive approach rather than relying solely on inbound applications. You will be responsible for screening applications, conducting thorough interviews, and ultimately closing candidates to fill open positions. A key aspect of your contribution will be building and actively managing the hiring funnel. This includes establishing clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for each stage of the recruitment process, diligently tracking essential metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and conversion rates. You will be expected to analyze this data, present actionable insights to leadership, and proactively propose strategic adjustments to optimize the funnel whenever bottlenecks or inefficiencies are identified.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years spent in a high-demand environment such as a startup, scale-up, or a high-volume in-house recruitment team.
- • Demonstrated success in closing both technical (engineering, product) and commercial/operational roles, preferably within the same organization.
- • A data-driven approach to recruitment, with a proven ability to track funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to enhance hiring speed and quality.
- • Direct experience collaborating with C-level executives, including CEOs and COOs.
- • Self-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple open roles (5+) simultaneously and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
- • Fluent English proficiency for interviews, written communication, and asynchronous collaboration with a global team.
