- • As a Regional Partner Manager at LastPass, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth across the France and Benelux regions by cultivating and managing relationships with our vital reseller partners.
- • This role is integral to LastPass's channel-first go-to-market strategy, demanding a proactive and strategic approach to expand our presence and revenue within the EMEA territory.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from identifying and recruiting new partners to onboarding, enabling, and retaining existing ones, ensuring they are fully equipped to represent and sell LastPass's comprehensive suite of password and identity management solutions.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve leveraging your existing network of contacts within the reseller channel, while also collaborating with the broader LastPass organization to identify and nurture new partnership opportunities.
- • You will work closely with the Partner Marketing team to develop and execute impactful co-marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, driving demand generation and pipeline growth.
- • Collaboration with the Solution Consulting team will be crucial to ensure partners have a deep understanding of LastPass's product capabilities and can effectively articulate their value proposition to end-customers.
- • You will be expected to master and utilize internal tools such as Salesforce and Outreach to manage partner engagement, track progress, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- • A significant focus will be placed on closing new business and driving expansion revenue through strategic engagement with key channel partners.
- • You will be tasked with understanding and managing distribution coverage to ensure optimal territory performance and market penetration.
- • Representing LastPass at industry trade shows, conferences, and partner events will be an important part of your role, providing opportunities to engage with both current and prospective partners, build brand awareness, and gather market intelligence.
- • You will actively support corporate Partner Program initiatives, including conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), managing partner communications, and contributing to thought leadership content that reinforces LastPass's position as a leader in the identity management space.
- • A core responsibility is to ensure partners fully understand and absorb training materials, pitch decks, and enablement courses, empowering them to effectively sell and support LastPass products.

- • Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, are essential for guiding partners towards achieving desired business outcomes and fostering strong, long-term relationships built on trust, clarity, and confidence.

- • You will be expected to stay current on all LastPass products and services through dedicated sales training and continuous self-study, ensuring you are an expert resource for your partners.
- • Maintaining accurate records, generating comprehensive reports on all activity phases, including detailed Partner Plans, and displaying strong time-management skills are fundamental to the success of this role.
- • Accurate forecasting of all partner business using Salesforce.com is a non-negotiable requirement for effective business planning and resource allocation.
- • This role requires a willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory, with an expectation of up to 50% travel overall, including occasional trips to other locations as needed to support partner engagements and events.
