  • • The core responsibility of this role involves the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive commercial strategy tailored for the CEE & Southern Europe region. This includes defining market penetration tactics, identifying key growth areas, and establishing Stellar Cyber as the preferred cybersecurity partner in these territories.
  • • A significant aspect of the role will be the cultivation and management of strategic relationships with Distributors and Wholesalers. This involves developing robust channel strategies, empowering partners, and driving joint marketing initiatives to expand market reach and brand awareness.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing targeted plans for specific business verticals and driving overall business development within the region. This requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • • A primary objective is to meet and consistently exceed assigned sales targets. This will be achieved through the acquisition of new accounts, the expansion of existing customer relationships, and the overall growth of revenue within the designated regions, territories, and districts.
  • • You will be primarily accountable for increasing revenue by identifying, recruiting, and nurturing opportunities. This includes both direct sales efforts and the strategic development of partnerships that can contribute to Stellar Cyber's market presence and financial success.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to understanding and articulating the value proposition of Stellar Cyber's cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. You will need to develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, technologies, competitive offerings, and evolving industry trends to effectively engage with prospects and partners.
  • • Success in this position hinges on your ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business benefits, demonstrating how Stellar Cyber addresses the most pressing cybersecurity challenges faced by organizations in the region.
  • • You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, end-customers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective execution of sales strategies.

You will be responsible for driving sales cycles from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
