- • As the Regional Train and Advise Manager for the Asia-Pacific, you will be at the forefront of transforming military capabilities through advanced technology, playing a pivotal role in the successful implementation, strategic adoption, and sustained utilization of Anduril's cutting-edge Air Defense and Counter-Intrusion systems.
- • This unique position demands an operational leader with profound cultural competence in the Asia-Pacific region, capable of expertly bridging command and staff level advising with hands-on technical deployment, integration, training, and operational support.
- • You will be instrumental in ensuring our advanced systems are effectively employed by critical stakeholders across the region, leveraging your extensive regional knowledge, established networks, and exceptional cross-cultural communication skills.
- • Your responsibilities will include advising senior leadership on the strategic employment of autonomous systems, fostering essential relationships with key partners, and contributing to the successful rapid deployment, integration, and mission planning of Anduril’s family of systems.
- • This role requires a rare blend of diplomatic acumen, proven experience in building effective partner relationships, and a strong train-the-trainer competency, making you a vital link between Anduril's technological innovation and the operational needs of our regional allies.
- • **Training & Adoption:**
- • Facilitate the delivery of comprehensive, multi-leveled technical training programs, including specialized Train the Trainer courses, meticulously tailored for military organizations within the Asia-Pacific context. This includes training for end-users, operational staff, and senior leadership.
- • Provide critical insights into user organizational structures, mission requirements, planning processes, Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), and existing workflows to accelerate the integration and operational employment of cutting-edge technology.
- • Conduct thorough operational needs assessments to pinpoint specific training requirements, identify operational gaps, and uncover opportunities for enhanced and expanded system utilization.
- • Guide the creation and localization of culturally appropriate technical training materials, operational playbooks, comprehensive documentation, quick-start guides, and effective troubleshooting resources in relevant regional languages.
- • Deliver engaging and highly effective training sessions designed to ensure high levels of comprehension, successful skill transfer, and robust operational proficiency among participants.
- • Diligently track key adoption metrics, capture and analyze user feedback systematically, and actively support continuous improvement of training content and delivery methodologies to maximize impact and user proficiency.
- • **Broad Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Development:**
- • Cultivate and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with critical stakeholders, including military leadership, key staff personnel, and frontline end-users.
- • Serve as a trusted liaison, facilitating seamless and effective communication and collaboration between Anduril and regional entities, spanning from senior decision-makers to technical operators.
- • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities that can significantly enhance user success in the adoption and deployment of Anduril's Air Defense and Counter-Intrusion systems.
- • **Operational Advising:**
- • Provide ongoing, expert advisory support and mentorship to regional users and partners, ensuring sustained adoption, optimal system performance, and expert utilization of Air Defense and Counter-Intrusion systems.
- • Advise user leadership and staff on mission planning, CONOP development, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) related to the effective employment of Anduril's advanced systems.
- • Identify emerging opportunities, potential risks, and evolving operational requirements within the dynamic Asia-Pacific landscape that could impact program success or necessitate proactive mitigation strategies.
- • Act as a subject matter expert for user adoption in the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring all engagements and technical solutions are characterized by cultural sensitivity, regional appropriateness, and strategic alignment.
- • **Technical Field Operations & System Integration:**
- • Serve as a primary subject matter expert for users in the field, demonstrating a deep understanding of their operational challenges and specific requirements.
- • Support the rapid and efficient deployment of hardware and software systems in often austere, remote, and operationally demanding environments across the region.
- • Gather detailed, granular user feedback from customers, translating these insights into clear, actionable specifications for internal engineering and product development teams.
- • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure successful program execution and maintain maximum system uptime during critical operations.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Mission Operations, Technical Operations, Product, Engineering, and Growth, to ensure regional requirements, operational feedback, and critical technical insights are accurately incorporated into pre-deployment site surveys, product roadmaps, engineering sprints, and service offerings.
- • Champion the voice of the Asia-Pacific user internally, advocating passionately for solutions that meet their unique demands and address their specific technical constraints.
