- • The Regional Vice President of Operations will lead the operational, clinical, and financial success of all infusion centers within the Central US region, driving growth, quality, and patient outcomes for Local Infusion, the fastest-growing infusion provider in the United States.
- • Day to day, the role involves hiring, leading, managing, and holding accountable Senior Regional Practice Managers and Regional Practice Managers; ensuring core processes are followed and improved; managing clinical and non-clinical staffing levels; addressing escalated patient and provider concerns; developing strategic partnerships with referring providers, payers, and partners; driving profitability through de novo site identification, M&A integration, and strategic projects; and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture across the region.
- • Local Infusion is a mission-driven, fast-growing specialty infusion provider committed to transforming patient care through exceptional, patient-centered services and proprietary AI-driven technology that improves access, workflows, and outcomes for patients, clinicians, health plans, systems, employers, and pharma partners.
- • In this role, the individual will achieve regional growth and profitability, develop leadership talent through succession planning, establish strategic industry partnerships, optimize clinical and operational processes, and contribute to a culture of excellence while advancing their executive leadership in healthcare operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading multi-site healthcare operations, preferably in infusion, home health, or specialty care settings
- • Strong track record in hiring, developing, and managing regional leadership teams including succession planning
- • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and profitability in clinical environments
- • Experience building and maintaining strategic relationships with referring providers, payers, and healthcare partners
- • Ability to travel regularly to centers across the Central US region (Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio ideal base)
