Registered Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• • As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Tello Mobile, you will implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to help clients with autism or developmental disabilities build essential skills and improve their quality of life.
• • Day to day, you will provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy in home settings, collect and record behavioral data, assist with functional and skill assessments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including BCBAs, speech and occupational therapists, attend team meetings, and maintain strict client confidentiality per BACB ethical guidelines.
