📋 Description

• • Monitors service component capacity and initiates corrective actions to resolve resource shortfalls according to agreed procedures, applying demand control techniques to maintain optimal system performance.
• • Assesses, analyzes, develops, documents, and implements changes based on formal requests for change, ensuring alignment with established change management protocols.
• • Maintains secure and accurate software configuration by applying and sustaining tools, techniques, and processes to identify, track, log, and update configuration data in real time.
• • Leads technical teams in system testing of platform-specific software versions across diverse environments, providing expert guidance to support and quality assurance functions to enhance testing procedures.
• • Assesses and analyzes release components, contributes to release scheduling, performs builds and tests in coordination with testers and specialists, and administers manual or automated release tools while ensuring seamless information exchange with configuration management systems.
• • Defines and executes integration builds by accepting software modules from developers, producing deployable builds for target environments, configuring hardware setups, developing integration test specifications, conducting tests, recording failures, and performing fault diagnosis.
• • Implements stakeholder engagement and communication plans, managing issues, corrective actions, lessons learned, and dissemination of relevant information to ensure alignment across teams and departments.
• • Collects and utilizes feedback from customers and stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management strategies and to enhance customer relationships.
• • Proactively identifies and implements process improvements across release, configuration, and testing workflows to increase efficiency and compliance.
• • Maintains current knowledge of testing and validation standards within the life sciences industry and their impact on product adoption, ensuring all practices align with regulatory expectations.
• • Defines and executes appropriate test strategies that support software quality and regulatory compliance in regulated environments.
• • Demonstrates initiative and self-confidence, adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• • Participates in continuous skills development and encourages team members to engage in training programs to enhance technical and procedural competency.
• • Stays current with emerging trends, tools, technologies, and processes within the life sciences testing and technology domain.
• • Uses Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) effectively to document, report, and communicate project status, metrics, and outcomes.
• • Works independently as a self-starter, taking ownership of responsibilities and delivering outcomes without constant supervision.
• • Carries out additional reasonable duties as assigned to support overall operational objectives and team goals.
