📋 Description

• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and reliability of IONITY's charging infrastructure across Europe.
• • Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance to identify and resolve potential reliability issues before they impact users.
• • Design, implement, and maintain automation tools for deployment, configuration management, and incident response to minimize downtime.
• • Lead post-incident reviews to implement preventive measures and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• • Develop and enforce reliability best practices, including fault tolerance, redundancy, and disaster recovery strategies.
• • Partner with software development teams to integrate reliability considerations into the software development lifecycle.
• • Utilize metrics and data-driven insights to evaluate system health and prioritize reliability initiatives.
• • Support on-call duties as part of a shared rotating schedule to address critical incidents in real time.
• • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in reliability engineering, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
