- • Lavendo Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the dynamic sales team of a successful, US-based SaaS company. The platform also provides unified consent and preference management APIs, enabling efficient and secure data handling across a multitude of channels.
- • As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and engaging potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new leads through a multi-channel approach, including proactive cold calling (targeting 50+ calls daily), strategic email outreach, and leveraging professional networking platforms like LinkedIn. This role demands a proactive and persistent individual who is adept at initiating conversations and building rapport with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- • A core aspect of your daily activities will involve meeting and exceeding established sales targets, specifically focused on securing qualified meetings for the sales team. This requires a deep understanding of the sales funnel and the ability to effectively qualify leads based on their needs and potential fit with our client's solutions. You will be instrumental in building the top of the sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities for the Account Executives.
- • To effectively manage your outreach and track progress, you will be expected to become proficient in utilizing the company's CRM system, Hubspot, along with other essential sales tools. This includes meticulously tracking sales performance, managing your pipeline of leads and opportunities, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information. Data integrity and diligent record-keeping are crucial for effective sales operations and reporting.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs, pain points, and the value proposition of our client's data privacy solutions. This cross-functional synergy will enable you to better articulate the benefits and tailor your outreach to resonate with prospective customers.
