This role is pivotal in maintaining Brafton’s reputation for innovative, result-driven content strategies that elevate brand storytelling and measurable marketing outcomes.
- • The Content Writer will be responsible for researching, creating, and delivering polished content such as white papers, case studies, landing pages, infographic outlines, video blog scripts, and long-form articles, all aligned with client briefs and marketing objectives, while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough industry research, writing and editing content using AP style guidelines, collaborating with account management to align deliverables with client goals, participating in virtual project and team meetings, tracking daily production in Brafton’s internal project management system, brainstorming monthly content topics based on client briefs and industry trends, and communicating directly with clients via phone and email to gather insights and feedback.
- • The role requires peer editing using Brafton’s standardized editing marks and processes, ensuring consistency and quality across team outputs, as well as proactive self-management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where independence and initiative are essential for success.
- • Brafton’s team operates with a strong remote-first culture, predating the pandemic, and values agility, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning — offering the writer exposure to multidisciplinary teams in video, design, social media, and sales, fostering professional growth in integrated content marketing.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, or Communications (strongly preferred)
- • 1–3 years of relevant content marketing or B2B writing experience
- • Excellent writing and editing skills with proficiency in AP style and SEO concepts
- • Strong portfolio of writing samples (clips) demonstrating versatility and quality
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, deadline-driven environment
- • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- • Comfortable conducting client interviews and communicating via phone with professionalism
- • Self-starter mindset with creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving briefs
