- • The Sr Manager, Ecommerce Experience and Content at Kay Jewelers (Signet Jewelers Limited) is responsible for driving measurable improvements in onsite performance, with a primary focus on conversion rate, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role leads the strategy and execution of core onsite experiences across navigation, PLP, PDP, and content, internal search, leveraging data, testing, and customer insights to continuously optimize the digital journey.
- • Day to day, the person will lead the end-to-end digital site experience across Kay and Kay Outlet, own the execution of onsite brand strategy, define and execute a data-driven optimization roadmap, optimize core experiences including navigation, PLP, PDP, landing pages and internal search, identify friction points across the customer journey, partner with Marketing and Product/Engineering teams, oversee content strategy, guide internal linking and content structure, lead and develop a team (manager + 2 specialists), foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, improve team processes, leverage tools like Adobe Analytics and Content Square, track and report on KPIs, partner with analytics teams to develop dashboards, translate insights into action plans, lead the A/B testing roadmap, develop test hypotheses, and monitor industry trends and competitor experiences.

They will have the opportunity to directly impact revenue and customer experience at scale while growing into a senior digital leadership role within a major global retailer.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business/Ecommerce, merchandising, or analytics
- • 5+ years of eCommerce/Digital experience
- • Proven track record of driving conversion and revenue growth through site optimizations
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using Adobe or Google analytics
- • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact
- • Experience working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing/Creative and Product/IT teams
- • Experience with tools like Jira, Excel, Site CMS, Hybris, Figma, Content Square
