📋 Description

• • The Renewal Representative, Regional Accounts is a customer-facing role responsible for managing and executing high‑volume subscription renewals across a portfolio of regional customers in the UK, protecting and expanding recurring revenue through accurate, timely renewal execution and proactive customer engagement.
• • Day to day, the role involves independently owning full renewal workflows, driving timely and accurate completion, identifying churn risks and expansion opportunities, engaging with customer procurement and commercial teams, maintaining renewal pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems, collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, and providing mentorship to less experienced colleagues.
