• • The Repair Operations Supervisor at CDW oversees a team of laptop repair technicians and support staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high standards of repair quality. This leadership role is critical to maintaining reliable and efficient laptop repair services, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• • Day to day, the supervisor coaches and develops technicians, oversees troubleshooting and repair activities, monitors repair performance, develops and implements technical processes, manages team projects, serves as an escalation point for special requests, facilitates cross-team collaboration, and oversees training initiatives to meet and exceed KPIs.
