📋 Description

• • As a Research Scientist at Snorkel AI, you will bridge cutting-edge research and real-world AI systems by prototyping, building, and deploying innovative AI solutions that translate research breakthroughs into scalable, practical applications solving real-world problems.
• • Day to day, you will design, implement, and validate novel AI techniques for data development such as synthetic data generation and LLM as a Judge; prototype and build end-to-end workflows integrating research into scalable systems; write high-quality, maintainable code; iterate rapidly in response to new challenges and customer needs; collaborate with design partners to test solutions in applied settings; and work with research scientists, engineers, and industry partners to productionize prototypes and advance broader research initiatives.
