📋 Description

  • • As a Resource Management Manager at Riveron Consulting, you will be at the forefront of operational excellence, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our most valuable asset – our people – are strategically deployed to meet client needs and drive business success. This is a high-impact role where you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, leveraging your deep understanding of our talent pool and project demands to optimize resource allocation, foster employee growth, and maximize business performance.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be the meticulous and proactive management of staffing for dedicated practice areas. This involves identifying and presenting qualified candidates for open project needs, skillfully prioritizing these demands in alignment with overarching business objectives, client requirements, and talent strategies. You will be more than just a scheduler; you will be a value-add business partner, deeply integrated into the operational fabric of the firm.
  • • You will employ a sophisticated approach to resource allocation, utilizing insights gleaned from one-on-one employee conversations and data housed within our deployment tools. This assessment will go beyond mere skill matching, considering each practitioner’s professional aspirations, career development goals, and personal staffing preferences to ensure optimal fit and long-term engagement.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to provide strategic counsel to Service Delivery teams. You will advise on creative and alternative staffing solutions that can enhance project quality, improve delivery timeliness, and boost overall profitability, demonstrating your ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions.
  • • You will be instrumental in promoting, leading, and scaling our offshore integration efforts. This requires a forward-thinking approach to global resource utilization, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient deployment of talent across different geographies.
  • • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the full portfolio of client engagements and the sales pipeline for your designated business areas is crucial. You will achieve this through diligent analysis of deployment data, cultivating strong business relationships, and actively gathering critical intelligence from Service Delivery teams.
  • • A significant part of your role involves foresight. You will identify potential future demand surges and anticipate supply shortages based on level, specific skill sets, and industry focus. This proactive analysis will enable you to partner effectively with Talent Acquisition Managers and Segment Leads to develop and implement robust strategies for mitigating any misalignment between supply and demand, ensuring business continuity and growth.
  • • You will also support deployment needs for large, complex, cross-practice engagements. Your focus here will be on driving a streamlined and positive business experience for both internal teams and clients, ensuring adherence to our established Rules of Engagement while fostering a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • • Maintaining a high level of proficiency in all deployment tools and reporting capabilities is non-negotiable. You will be expected to leverage these tools to their fullest potential, extracting actionable insights and ensuring data integrity.
  • • Your role demands a strong blend of meticulous attention to detail and a strategic, forward-thinking mindset. You will be expected to not only manage current needs but also to continuously identify opportunities to advance and refine the Resource Management function itself.
  • • You will independently lead weekly staffing calls with senior leaders. This requires a commanding executive presence, the ability to present data-driven insights and trends on actual and forecasted data, a clear understanding of the skill sets of available resources, and a precise status update on all open needs. Your recommendations and analysis will directly influence critical business decisions.
  • • A vital component of your leadership will be mentoring and managing offshore Resource Management team members, fostering their development and ensuring the effective execution of their responsibilities.
  • • This role involves minimal travel, typically less than 10%, allowing for a focused and consistent presence in your core responsibilities.
  • • Ultimately, you will be the linchpin connecting our talent strategy with our business execution, ensuring Riveron consistently delivers exceptional value to our clients through the optimal deployment of our skilled professionals.
