📋 Description

• • The Revenue Integrity Analyst collaborates with clinical departments, coding, finance, and IT to resolve discrepancies, reduce revenue leakage, and maintain charge integrity with regulatory and payer requirements.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine reviews of charges and documentation to identify missed revenue, partnering with charge-generating clinical departments to ensure consistent charge and revenue reconciliation, assisting with resolution of charge discrepancies and denials, evaluating new services for appropriate charge triggers, conducting root cause analysis, providing data-driven recommendations, educating departments on charge capture expectations and regulatory updates, participating in workflow improvement projects, and communicating findings to management.
• • The role is part of Saint Francis Health System’s Patient Accounting team at the Yale Campus, supporting accurate, timely charge capture and optimal reimbursement across the organization.
• • The analyst will develop expertise in healthcare revenue cycle operations, gain proficiency in Epic systems and healthcare coding standards (CPT, HCPCS, APC/DRG), strengthen analytical and communication skills, and contribute to compliance and financial integrity initiatives that impact organizational reimbursement.
