  • • Compile, analyze, and distribute risk analysis reviews for group accounts and ported member populations to identify financial and operational exposure
  • • Perform quality reviews of audits completed by billing analysts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards
  • • Create, maintain, and enhance reporting systems to monitor risk trends, process gaps, audit outcomes, and potential financial exposures
  • • Partner with supervisors and cross-functional teams including reporting, inventory, and project teams to understand risks and execute mitigation plans
  • • Represent client-facing functions on calls to communicate risks or barriers related to account management or client structure
  • • Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to billing analysts based on audit findings and observed risk patterns
  • • Support client teams in meeting or exceeding key performance metrics through operational oversight and risk mitigation
  • • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities in collaboration with peers, supervisors, and matrix partners
  • • Oversee and coordinate all sales compensation-related tasks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • • Assist with team support activities and operational tasks to ensure coverage, continuity, and operational stability
  • • Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize billing and revenue risk processes
  • • Work within a dynamic environment requiring adaptability to evolving business needs, shifting priorities, and changing regulatory expectations
  • • Ensure compliance with internal controls and operational standards across billing and revenue operations
  • • Operate within a schedule of 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST, with flexibility to extend hours during peak periods between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Outlook for complex data analysis, reporting, and process optimization
  • • Collaborate effectively with offshore or third-party operational support teams as needed to ensure seamless workflow and risk oversight
  • • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving revenue integrity, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

  • • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • • 2+ years of experience in revenue management, billing operations, financial operations, or a related field
  • • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Outlook for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization
  • • Strong business acumen with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • • Ability to develop and document clear, effective process flows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to provide direction, identify barriers, and escalate issues appropriately
  • • Ability to support operations between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM EST with flexibility for extended hours during peak periods
