  • • As a Revenue Marketing Lead at Foundry For Good, you will directly impact the company’s mission to empower mission-driven organizations by owning and scaling a high-performance inbound marketing engine that drives qualified leads, increases average contract value, and shortens sales cycles—all while supporting nonprofit and association clients with ethical, values-aligned technology solutions.
  • • You will design and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy focused on revenue outcomes, translating ARR goals into actionable lead and conversion targets, aligning tightly with sales execution, and owning pipeline generation to ensure one sales rep is efficiently supported with 25–40 qualified inbound leads per month.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include redesigning pricing tiers (Core / Engagement Suite / Unified Platform), developing value-based messaging and competitive positioning against platforms like Higher Logic, Hivebrite, Forj, and GrowthZone, leading bottom-of-funnel SEO/AEO/GEO strategy (comparison pages, alternative keywords, ICP-focused FAQs), improving demo conversion rates, and building lead scoring and qualification frameworks.
  • • You will accelerate the sales cycle by creating ROI-driven case studies, ROI calculators, migration guides, and pre-demo education content, while tracking full-funnel metrics from traffic to demo to close, optimizing based on conversion data, and reporting marketing ROI with clarity and consistency.
  • • You will operate within a structured daily rhythm aligned with US Eastern business hours: two 4.5-hour blocks (9:30am–2:00pm PHT and 8:00pm–12:30am PHT) with a long midday break, enabling deep focus work and sustainable collaboration with US-based teams while maintaining work-life balance in a remote, Philippines-based setup.

  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B SaaS revenue marketing, pricing strategy, conversion optimization, and full-funnel analytics while contributing to measurable business growth—scaling ACV from $3.5K to $6K–$9K and reducing sales cycles from 60–120 days to 45–75 days—building a portfolio of impact that advances both your career and the greater good.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with proven ownership of pipeline or revenue targets
  • • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability to work aligned with US Eastern business hours (including split shifts)
  • • Experience scaling companies from $1M–$5M ARR, including ACV expansion, pricing strategy redesign, and value-based positioning
  • • Strong understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO, conversion optimization, lead scoring, lifecycle marketing, and full-funnel analytics
  • • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly and adaptability is essential
