Community Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Community Manager at DraftKings, you will lead the strategy behind growing and scaling the official Discord server, operating at the intersection of community management and growth marketing to connect players from core products into an engaged, thriving community.
• • Day to day, you will own and execute end-to-end acquisition strategies, design and optimize onboarding experiences, build relationships with internal stakeholders, develop creative campaigns, analyze funnel and retention data, build scalable systems, and provide mentorship to Specialists and Associates.
• • DraftKings is a publicly traded technology company headquartered in Boston, energized by innovation and actively shaping the future through AI integration across customer experiences, operations, and product development.
