📋 Description
- • As a Revenue Operations Assistant at Lulus Fashion Lounge, LLC (operating as LTK), you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution and optimization of creator and brand campaign operations. This 6-month contract position is crucial for supporting LTK's mission to empower lifestyle creators and drive their economic success within the rapidly evolving creator economy.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day campaign operations, with a strong emphasis on utilizing and executing campaigns within Braze and HubSpot. This involves building, quality assurance testing, and launching a variety of campaign types, including emails, push notifications, and in-app messages, ensuring they are delivered accurately and on time.
- • You will be instrumental in supporting acquisition and activation programs by meticulously managing list building, segmentation, and audience management. This ensures that targeted campaigns effectively reach and engage both creators and brands, driving key business objectives.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be owning campaign set-up tasks. This includes implementing proper tagging strategies, scheduling campaigns, adhering to naming conventions, and linking assets correctly. These meticulous steps are vital for accurate tracking, clean operational workflows, and reliable performance reporting.
- • You will collaborate closely with CRM Managers and Channel Operations teams to proactively troubleshoot any issues that may arise. This includes resolving list discrepancies, addressing QA fixes, and managing link or copy changes, all to ensure the timely and successful deployment of campaigns.
- • In the realm of analytics and reporting, you will be responsible for pulling and compiling performance data from various CRM and analytics tools such as Braze, HubSpot, and Looker. This data will be used to track essential metrics like sends, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
- • You will maintain recurring campaign and channel reports, providing stakeholders with clear, accurate, and up-to-date insights into campaign performance. This reporting function is key to informing strategic decisions and demonstrating the impact of operational efforts.
- • A significant part of your contribution will involve summarizing performance trends and identifying basic optimization opportunities. This could include suggesting improvements to subject lines, send times, or audience segmentation, which will be presented to the CRM and RevOps teams for consideration and implementation.
- • Your copywriting and QA skills will be essential. You will be tasked with drafting and editing clear, on-brand copy for all creator and brand communications, including email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS/notification center messages. You will leverage existing playbooks, templates, and AI support where appropriate to maintain brand consistency and efficiency.
- • Rigorous quality assurance will be a core duty. You will meticulously QA campaigns for spelling and grammar errors, broken links, incorrect personalization fields, and formatting issues across different devices before launch, ensuring a polished and professional user experience.
- • You will partner with Creative, Brand, and Legal teams as needed to ensure all copy adheres strictly to brand guidelines and meets all compliance requirements, safeguarding the company's reputation and legal standing.
- • Beyond campaign execution, you will provide valuable support to the broader Revenue Operations team. This includes assisting with ad hoc data pulls, validating lists, and performing simple analyses related to campaign performance, pipeline health, and acquisition programs.
- • You will contribute to the development and maintenance of lightweight dashboards, trackers, and documentation that enable the RevOps and CRM teams to effectively monitor program performance and operational efficiency.
- • Furthermore, you will help reconcile data across different systems, such as Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRM data sources, ensuring data integrity and supporting accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
- • To foster scalability and repeatability, you will document processes and campaign setups, creating a knowledge base for the team.
- • You will actively collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Creator Success, Brand, Growth Marketing, and RevOps to support high-priority initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.
