- • Own end-to-end GTM data strategy, tech stack, and analytics to drive pipeline growth, predictable forecasting, and operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
- • Design and maintain dashboards and deep-dive analyses spanning lead generation through renewal and expansion, ensuring all revenue stages are measurable and actionable.
- • Monitor key revenue KPIs, surface actionable insights, and recommend data-driven initiatives to accelerate growth and improve conversion rates.
- • Build integrated funnel and revenue forecasts aligned with Finance, and lead quarterly planning cadences including quota setting, territory design, and commission plan management.
- • Administer and optimize the GTM tech stack, currently centered on HubSpot, including evaluating, selecting, and implementing new AI-based automation tools and platforms.
- • Ensure clean, consistent data flow and accurate attribution across all systems, eliminating silos between marketing, sales, and customer success.
- • Manage pipeline health, account distribution, deal desk processes, and sales routing to ensure efficient deal progression and reduce manual intervention.
- • Own the lead-to-close process integrity, including handoff criteria, SLAs, and conversion tracking between Marketing and Sales.
- • Operationalize campaign attribution, lead scoring, routing, and nurture programs to improve marketing efficiency and sales alignment.
- • Instrument expansion, renewal, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) metrics, and build playbooks that enable Customer Success teams to drive retention and upsell.
- • Translate cross-functional feedback into process improvement projects that reduce GTM friction, streamline handoffs, and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- • Establish and enforce data governance standards for quality, enrichment, and consistency across all systems and teams.
- • Architect seamless, documented workflows that automate lead routing, trigger renewal alerts, and define clear ownership at every stage of the buyer journey.
- • Maintain the end-to-end data model connecting HubSpot to finance and data platforms, ensuring full visibility from first marketing touch to closed-won and renewal.
- • Enable frictionless operations where deals progress automatically, reps work with clean data, and Finance receives accurate, timely order documentation without manual chasing.
- • Serve as the single source of truth for revenue data, capable of zooming out to see the full revenue picture and zooming in to diagnose breakdowns at the granular level.
- • Drive continuous improvement with a bias toward action, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to fix immediate issues and build scalable systems.
- • Communicate complex data insights through compelling storytelling to influence stakeholders from individual contributors to the C-suite.
- • Manage change adoption across GTM teams, ensuring new processes and tools are adopted effectively and sustainably.
- • Maintain a humble, hands-on mindset — comfortable shifting between high-level strategy and tactical system fixes as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years specifically in Revenue Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
- • Proven success owning a multi-system GTM stack (CRM, marketing automation, BI, attribution, enrichment)
- • Advanced analytical skills using data and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or DataStudio)
- • Track record of turning ambiguous problems into scalable processes and clear metrics
- • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence from IC to C-suite
