  • • Serve as the strategic owner of Fuel Cycle’s revenue technology stack including Salesforce, Pardot/Account Engagement, DealHub, Gong, Zapier, and Seamless, managing integrations and evaluating downstream impacts of system changes.
  • • Enforce data governance standards across revenue systems and resolve cross-system data inconsistencies to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • • Maintain comprehensive documentation of revenue architecture, workflows, dependencies, and process flows for organizational alignment and scalability.
  • • Own the business logic, workflows, and reporting requirements within Salesforce, designing and optimizing sales and customer lifecycle processes, lead routing logic, opportunity stages, territory models, and coverage frameworks.
  • • Translate business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams into scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions without relying on IT for process design.
  • • Lead Fuel Cycle’s RevOps automation strategy and AI-enabled productivity initiatives, including ownership of RevOps Bot 2.0 and Salesforce ↔ Claude integrations.
  • • Maintain prompts, governance standards, and operational documentation for AI-driven tools and identify new automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
  • • Drive adoption and change management for AI and automation tools across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
  • • Monitor and ensure the integrity of revenue data across the organization, including lead-to-opportunity attribution, pipeline quality, and forecast hygiene.
  • • Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports that inform leadership decision-making and revenue forecasting.
  • • Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues before they impact business decisions or reporting accuracy.
  • • Optimize the go-to-market engine by analyzing funnel bottlenecks, improving lead management, and enhancing conversion performance across stages.
  • • Support territory redesign and sales productivity programs through data-driven insights and process improvements.
  • • Measure the impact of operational changes and continuously refine workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • • Act as a strategic operational partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, VP of Sales, and executive leadership by delivering performance dashboards, supporting forecast inspections, and surfacing pipeline risks.
  • • Provide analytics that enable leadership to understand and act on revenue trends, not just report on them.
  • • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Product, and IT teams to align operational infrastructure with business goals.
  • • Ensure process adoption and compliance across all go-to-market functions through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • • Maintain a forward-looking perspective on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the revenue tech stack to support scalable growth.
  • • Deliver measurable improvements in reporting accuracy, data quality, and operational consistency within the first six months of employment.
  • • Build trusted relationships across departments to establish Revenue Operations as a strategic partner driving alignment, transparency, and growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related field
  • • Strong Salesforce expertise across process design, workflow automation, reporting, and data management
  • • Experience managing complex revenue technology ecosystems and integrations
  • • Deep understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, territory design, and revenue analytics
  • • Proven ability to lead cross-functional operational initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
