- • As a Revenue Operations Senior Manager at Pebl Technologies Inc., you will be a pivotal force in scaling the company’s revenue engine by driving operational rigor, improving processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, and Product teams. Your work will directly impact revenue predictability, efficiency, and growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your analytical insights and process improvements will help remove friction from the go-to-market motion.
- • Day to day, you will analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, and sales performance to uncover opportunities for revenue improvement; build and maintain dashboards and reporting for key metrics like pipeline coverage, funnel conversion, and forecast accuracy; partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop actionable insights that enhance go-to-market performance; and support forecasting processes to improve revenue predictability.
- • You will identify operational inefficiencies across the revenue lifecycle and design scalable solutions; improve core processes such as lead management, pipeline management, forecasting, and team handoffs; standardize workflows and documentation for consistency; and drive adoption of best practices across the revenue organization.
- • You will partner with RevOps leadership to optimize and maintain the CRM and revenue technology stack (including Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics tools); improve reporting infrastructure and data quality; and support the evaluation and implementation of new revenue tools and automation initiatives.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to align on go-to-market processes; support planning initiatives such as territory design, pipeline generation strategies, and sales productivity improvements; and assist with leadership reporting and preparation of materials for business reviews.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in revenue operations within a high-growth tech environment, sharpen your ability to translate complex data into operational improvements, and gain end-to-end visibility into how global SaaS companies scale their go-to-market functions. You will have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, build scalable systems, and grow into a trusted advisor to revenue leadership—positioning yourself for advancement into senior RevOps or operational leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–7 years of professional experience, ideally combining experience at a top-tier management consulting firm and experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations at a startup or technology company
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements
- • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and building reporting dashboards
- • Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau); SQL or other analytical tools are a plus
- • Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights for stakeholders
- • Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are evolving
- • Strong collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams
