- • The Lending Operations Support role at Bank of Montreal supports the national RV & Marine sales organization by ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant lending operations processes, directly contributing to customer and employee experience and business results.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing loan administration and servicing activities, processing payments and transactions, managing documentation, responding to stakeholder inquiries within SLAs, reconciling information, identifying and resolving discrepancies, supporting change management, and collaborating on process improvements.
- • The role is part of BMO’s Customer Shared Services team, operating in a hybrid model with primary remote work and required onsite visits to the San Ramon, CA office as needed for team collaboration and leadership requests.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow operations expertise, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, develop regulatory and risk awareness, and gain experience in process improvement, training support, and tool development within a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on Boldly Growing the Good.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- • Good verbal and written communication skills
- • Good organization, collaboration, team, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- • Good knowledge of the business unit’s key products, services, processes, controls, and risk/regulatory requirements
- • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
