- • Analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, and sales performance to identify opportunities for improving revenue outcomes
- • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to provide visibility into key revenue metrics including pipeline coverage, funnel conversion, and forecast accuracy
- • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop actionable insights that enhance go-to-market performance
- • Support forecasting processes to improve the predictability and accuracy of revenue performance
- • Identify operational inefficiencies across the revenue lifecycle and design scalable solutions to streamline workflows
- • Improve core revenue processes including lead management, pipeline management, forecasting, and handoffs between Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, and Product teams
- • Standardize workflows and documentation to ensure operational consistency across global teams
- • Drive adoption of best practices across the revenue organization to increase efficiency and alignment
- • Partner with RevOps leadership to optimize and maintain the CRM and revenue technology stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot
- • Improve reporting infrastructure and data quality across systems to ensure reliable insights
- • Support the evaluation and implementation of new revenue tools and automation initiatives
- • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to align on go-to-market processes and strategies
- • Support planning initiatives such as territory design, pipeline generation strategies, and sales productivity improvements
- • Assist with leadership reporting and prepare materials for business reviews and executive presentations
- • Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are continuously evolving and require agile adaptation
- • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise
- • Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Work cross-functionally with teams across global regions to ensure alignment on revenue operations standards and execution
- • Contribute to scaling the revenue engine by embedding operational rigor and data-driven decision-making into daily workflows
- • Ensure systems and processes support compliant, efficient, and scalable global revenue growth across 185+ countries
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–7 years of professional experience combining top-tier management consulting and Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations at a startup or technology company
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to translate data into operational improvements
- • Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and building reporting dashboards
- • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau; SQL or other analytical tools are a plus
- • Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights for stakeholders
- • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
