  • • Analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, and sales performance to identify opportunities for improving revenue outcomes.
  • • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that provide visibility into key revenue metrics including pipeline coverage, funnel conversion, and forecast accuracy.
  • • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop actionable insights that enhance go-to-market performance and drive revenue efficiency.
  • • Support and improve forecasting processes to increase the predictability and reliability of revenue performance.
  • • Identify operational inefficiencies across the revenue lifecycle and design scalable solutions to streamline lead management, pipeline management, forecasting, and inter-team handoffs.
  • • Standardize workflows and documentation to ensure operational consistency across Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, and Product teams.
  • • Drive adoption of best practices in revenue operations across the organization to improve execution and alignment.
  • • Partner with RevOps leadership to optimize and maintain the CRM and revenue technology stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • • Improve data quality and reporting infrastructure across revenue systems to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
  • • Support the evaluation and implementation of new revenue tools and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and scalability.
  • • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to align on go-to-market processes and initiatives.
  • • Support planning efforts such as territory design, pipeline generation strategies, and sales productivity improvements.
  • • Assist in preparing leadership reporting materials and business review presentations with clear, data-driven insights.
  • • Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are continuously evolving and require agile adaptation.
  • • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders with varying levels of analytical expertise.
  • • Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • • Work cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to ensure alignment on revenue goals and operational execution.
  • • Contribute to scaling the revenue engine by embedding operational rigor and data-driven decision-making into core business processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–7 years of professional experience combining top-tier management consulting and Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations experience at a startup or technology company
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate data into operational improvements
  • • Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and building reporting dashboards
  • • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau; SQL or other analytical tools are a plus
  • • Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights for stakeholders
  • • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
