  • • Support the build and rollout of a modern Revenue Operations function in a greenfield environment with no legacy tech debt.
  • • Build, optimise, and maintain commercial workflows across multiple systems and teams, ensuring seamless communication within the commercial stack.
  • • Help connect disparate data sources to improve reporting accuracy, visibility, and decision-making across the business.
  • • Maintain CRM hygiene, governance, and data quality standards to ensure reliable commercial insights.
  • • Own and execute multiple RevOps projects simultaneously across 10 international markets, from setup through to optimisation.
  • • Drive operational initiatives that have been identified but lack internal execution capacity, translating strategy into actionable workflows.
  • • Improve operational efficiency by identifying gaps, friction points, and manual processes in commercial operations.
  • • Support outbound and prospecting operations including lead enrichment, research, sequencing, and workflow setup for commercial teams.
  • • Enhance processes and automation supporting SDRs and commercial representatives to increase productivity and pipeline velocity.
  • • Support NPS follow-up workflows and customer lifecycle processes to improve retention and satisfaction metrics.
  • • Create and maintain reporting dashboards and operational visibility tools for leadership teams to track commercial performance.
  • • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Operations, and Operations teams to align commercial systems and processes.
  • • Ensure systems and tools integrate effectively across the commercial tech stack, including CRMs, automation platforms, and BI tools.
  • • Leverage AI tools (e.g. Clay, Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and streamline GTM workflows.
  • • Operate in a fast-scaling health-tech environment with global reach, requiring adaptability and initiative without heavy oversight.
  • • Collaborate primarily from Tandem’s HQ in the Epicenter building in Stockholm, contributing to team culture and in-person collaboration.
  • • Conduct work in alignment with Tandem’s commitment to handling sensitive patient data, adhering to strict operational and compliance standards.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Demonstrable experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar roles
  • • Experience working in fast-growing or scaling companies
  • • Strong systems experience with CRMs, automation tools, integrations, and operational platforms
  • • Proven ability to execute across multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • • Comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams, departments, and seniority levels
  • • Experience supporting multiple countries or international markets is a strong plus
