  • As a Revenue Operations Specialist at Tinuiti, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless scaling of our sales and marketing technology infrastructure, directly contributing to the company's growth and efficiency. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our commercial operations, supporting revenue-generating initiatives through meticulous data management and technological solutions.
  • In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and resolving technological challenges faced by our commercial teams, leveraging your expertise to implement robust solutions. A core responsibility will be the diligent maintenance of data integrity within Salesforce, focusing on Accounts and Leads, ensuring that our CRM data is accurate, up-to-date, and reliable for strategic decision-making. You will also be actively involved in cross-departmental projects, collaborating with various teams to enhance processes and support initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth. This includes supporting the integration of new tools and technologies into our existing sales and marketing tech stack, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and operational needs. You will be tasked with building and maintaining meaningful, recurring standard reports and dashboards in an efficient and user-friendly manner, responding to both pre-defined business requests and ad-hoc needs for critical insights. A significant part of your day-to-day will involve general oversight of data hygiene and accuracy across all relevant platforms, proactively identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues. Furthermore, you will proactively identify and pursue system enhancements across key platforms such as Salesforce, Account Engagement, Gong, and CPQ, aiming to optimize performance and user experience. You will manage incoming support requests related to operational and user experience enhancements within Salesforce and its associated platforms, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Collaboration with global sales and marketing stakeholders will be essential to gather requirements, define best practices, and ensure alignment on CRM usage and strategy. You will also be responsible for documenting, communicating, and training users on operational CRM processes, fostering a culture of best practice adoption. A key task will involve de-duplicating Salesforce data tables, including Leads, Contacts, and Accounts, to maintain a clean and efficient database. Finally, you will identify challenges that require the implementation of Salesforce workflows and collaborate closely with developers to deliver effective solutions.
