  • • Parafin is on a mission to empower small businesses by providing them with essential financial tools through the platforms they already use. We are a Series C company, backed by prominent venture capitalists, and have raised significant funding to fuel our growth. Our innovative approach allows us to partner with leading companies like DoorDash, Amazon, and Mindbody, offering seamless integration of fast and flexible funding, spend management, and savings solutions to their small business users. We handle the complexities of capital markets, underwriting, servicing, compliance, and customer service, enabling our partners to focus on their core business.
  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Revenue Operations & Strategy Lead to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and operates at the critical intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. You will be instrumental in designing and executing the systems, processes, and insights that will drive Parafin's efficient scaling and help us achieve ambitious revenue targets. As the first dedicated RevOps hire, you will lay the foundational groundwork for how we measure performance, operationalize revenue goals, and optimize our entire go-to-market (GTM) engine.
  • • Your responsibilities will span across several key areas, beginning with Revenue Strategy & Planning. You will collaborate closely with our GTM teams to develop and operationalize quarterly and annual top-line goals. This includes building comprehensive top-line financial models and forecasts, defining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and leading territory planning exercises. You will also drive capacity planning, design incentive structures, and develop critical revenue-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Furthermore, you will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating growth and enhancing GTM efficiency. This may involve conducting in-depth market, customer, and product segmentation analyses, and developing scalable playbooks to guide our sales and partnership efforts. A significant part of this will be contributing to the creation of realistic and impactful quotas and revenue targets.
  • • In Reporting & Insights, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust dashboards to meticulously track KPIs across the entire customer funnel. This includes monitoring metrics such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), pipeline velocity, win rates, churn rates, and customer activation. You will provide clear, actionable insights derived from this data, focusing on revenue performance, forecasting accuracy, and overall pipeline health, enabling data-driven decision-making at all levels.
  • • For Systems & Process Optimization, you will own, configure, and continuously optimize our GTM tech stack. This includes deep expertise in Salesforce (managing flows, validation rules, reporting), automation tools, sales engagement platforms, and data enrichment solutions. You will be tasked with designing and automating GTM processes end-to-end, encompassing lead routing, pipeline hygiene, deal desk operations, and seamless handoffs between sales and account management teams. Collaboration with our technical teams and external vendors will be crucial to enhance system scalability and ensure data accuracy.
  • • In Pricing and Contracting, you will standardize and systematize pricing guidelines, commercial templates, and deal financial models. You will serve as a vital bridge between the Product, GTM, and Legal departments, ensuring that deal execution is scalable, efficient, and compliant.
  • • Finally, you will lay the essential foundation for sales enablement, equipping our growing team with the knowledge, tools, and processes they need to scale effectively and achieve their sales objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Parafin's revenue operations and make a tangible impact on our growth trajectory. You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a talented team dedicated to supporting small businesses.
