Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • At SafeLease, we are revolutionizing the commercial property insurance landscape by building and selling innovative insurance products. With a significant footprint insuring over 4,000 properties, 500,000 tenants, and managing over $1 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM) across our reinsurance and asset management divisions, we are at the forefront of transforming a traditionally complex industry. Our unique approach brings together technologists, agents, and underwriters under one roof, simplifying intricate risks to intelligently allocate capital and deliver policies with unprecedented speed and affordability. While our initial focus has been on the self-storage industry, we are aggressively expanding our service offerings to encompass a broader range of sectors.
- • We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Revenue Operations Systems Developer Architect to join our dynamic team in Austin. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives at the intersection of strategic Revenue Operations (RevOps), enterprise-grade Salesforce architecture, and the exciting potential of emerging AI capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to architect, design, and ensure the long-term scalability of our go-to-market (GTM) systems, with Salesforce serving as the foundational core.
- • You will be instrumental in designing, evolving, and governing a sophisticated Salesforce instance that adeptly supports complex account hierarchies, multi-product sales motions, and an ever-expanding GTM technology stack. A critical aspect of this role involves actively reducing technical debt, thereby empowering our revenue teams to operate with greater speed, efficiency, and intelligence. This is a hands-on architecture position, demanding not only strategic system design and scalability expertise but also a willingness to actively contribute to key RevOps initiatives. This includes building essential reports, providing support for commission structures, troubleshooting data integrity issues, and handling day-to-day internal system support.
- • Key responsibilities will encompass owning, designing, and building the end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and all integrated GTM systems. You will architect scalable data models capable of supporting intricate account hierarchies, multi-entity customers, and multi-product opportunities, ensuring the foundation for future growth. A significant part of your role will be architecting and governing Salesforce solutions that strike an optimal balance between speed of execution, flexibility for evolving business needs, and long-term maintainability, all underpinned by clear architectural standards and comprehensive documentation.
- • You will lead proactive efforts to identify, reduce, and remediate technical debt within our high-growth Salesforce environment, ensuring a clean and efficient system. Furthermore, you will design and optimize end-to-end GTM lifecycle workflows, encompassing critical processes such as lead routing, pipeline progression, seamless cross-team handoffs, and the establishment and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Building and maintaining robust reporting and dashboards will be essential for providing insights into pipeline health, funnel performance, representative productivity, and customer outcomes.
- • Collaboration with leadership will be key, particularly in areas such as forecasting accuracy, incentive program design, territory modeling, and target setting. You will also play a crucial role in evaluating and implementing new GTM tools and AI capabilities, with a sharp focus on maintaining data quality, fostering trust in our systems, and ensuring architectural alignment. Driving the adoption of GTM systems and processes through effective enablement strategies, clear documentation, and strong cross-functional collaboration will be paramount. Operating effectively in our fast-paced environment requires a balance of scrappy, agile execution and thoughtful, scalable system design.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the technological backbone of a rapidly growing insurtech company, directly impacting our ability to innovate and scale. You will be a key player in ensuring our GTM technology stack is not just functional but a strategic advantage, enabling us to continue disrupting the commercial insurance industry.
