Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Drive the strategic roadmap for Revenue Operations technology by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success leaders to surface pain-points, quantify impact, and prioritize automation initiatives that unlock scalable growth.
- • Own end-to-end business process analysis: map current-state workflows, identify bottlenecks, gather quantitative and qualitative data, and craft future-state designs that reduce manual effort, shorten sales cycles, and improve forecast accuracy.
- • Translate complex business requirements into crisp user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications that engineering and admin teams can execute against—ensuring every feature delivers measurable value to revenue-generating teams.
- • Lead rigorous vendor evaluations for third-party tools (CPQ, billing, marketing automation, customer-success platforms, data enrichment, etc.); build scorecards, run proofs-of-concept, negotiate commercials, and present findings to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections.
- • Architect and manage seamless integrations between Salesforce and the broader RevOps stack; design data flows, field mappings, and error-handling logic that maintain data integrity while enabling real-time visibility across the customer lifecycle.
- • Spearhead change management for every system rollout: craft test plans, coordinate UAT, develop role-based training materials, and create adoption dashboards that track usage and highlight areas for reinforcement within 30-60-90-day windows.
- • Build and maintain a living library of process documentation, data dictionaries, and system architecture diagrams that empower new hires and cross-functional partners to self-serve information and reduce tribal knowledge.
- • Continuously monitor system performance and user feedback; triage issues, prioritize enhancements, and deliver iterative improvements that keep pace with evolving GTM strategies and compliance requirements.
- • Serve as the go-to subject-matter expert for RevOps best practices—staying ahead of Salesforce releases, industry benchmarks, and emerging AI/automation trends—then socialize insights through lunch-and-learns and quarterly business reviews.
- • Influence executive decision-making by packaging insights into compelling business cases: quantify cost savings, revenue uplift, and risk mitigation to secure budget and executive sponsorship for high-impact initiatives.
- • Foster a culture of experimentation by designing A/B tests within marketing automation and CPQ environments, analyzing results, and scaling winning tactics across global teams.
- • Champion data governance and hygiene standards; partner with BI teams to define key revenue metrics, validate dashboards, and ensure single-source-of-truth reporting that powers accurate board-level forecasting.
- • Mentor junior analysts and admins, providing coaching on requirements gathering, documentation standards, and stakeholder communication to elevate overall RevOps maturity.
- • Collaborate closely with Finance to align billing-system configurations with revenue-recognition policies, ensuring ASC 606 compliance and smooth month-end close processes.
- • Own post-implementation success metrics: track adoption, measure cycle-time reductions, and report back to leadership on realized ROI within 6-12 months of go-live.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within a SaaS Revenue Operations environment.
- • Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware such as MuleSoft or Workato).
- • Proven track record of evaluating, selecting, and implementing third-party RevOps tools (CPQ, marketing automation, customer-success platforms, billing systems).
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) to translate data into actionable insights.
- • Excellent stakeholder-management and storytelling abilities—comfortable presenting findings to C-suite and translating technical jargon into business value.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote-first culture with flexible working hours and annual home-office stipend.
- • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and mental-wellness coverage for you and dependents—100% company-paid premiums.
- • Annual professional-development budget ($3,000) plus paid certifications for Salesforce, CPQ, and other RevOps platforms.
- • Generous PTO policy (20+ days), quarterly recharge weeks, and a sabbatical program after four years of service.
