Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end analysis of Creatio’s Finance & HR Operations processes—spanning accounting, billing, invoicing, payroll, bonuses, accruals, budgeting, cost allocation, and financial/management reporting—identifying inefficiencies and designing TO-BE workflows that leverage no-code and AI capabilities.
- • Translate complex business pain points into crisp user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria that internal development teams can implement within Creatio’s own AI-native platform, ensuring every requirement is traceable to measurable business value.
- • Maintain living process documentation (BPMN diagrams, RACI matrices, data-flow maps) that serves as the single source of truth for Finance, HR, and Engineering, updating artifacts continuously as regulations, products, and stakeholder needs evolve.
- • Act as the primary analyst for Creatio’s financial system landscape—currently 1C Accounting/Enterprise, Sage Intacct/X3, and Workday Adaptive/Finance/HCM—validating configurations, proposing enhancements, and ensuring master data integrity across all modules.
- • Design and validate integration touchpoints among finance systems, HR systems, and the internal CRM platform; author interface mapping specs, error-handling rules, and reconciliation procedures that guarantee real-time accuracy of financial and people data.
- • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles for each release, building risk-based test scenarios, coordinating cross-functional testers, tracking defects to closure, and signing off only when KPIs such as Days Sales Outstanding or Payroll Accuracy improve.
- • Partner with Finance Controllers on month-end close automation, reducing manual journal entries and reconciliation hours by at least 30 % within the first year through smart use of Creatio’s no-code rules and AI-driven anomaly detection.
- • Collaborate with HR Operations to streamline global payroll workflows, ensuring multi-country statutory compliance and enabling self-service payslip access for 1,000+ employees across five hubs.
- • Drive change-management initiatives—creating training decks, quick-reference guides, and office-hour sessions—to boost user adoption of new finance features from 40 % to 85 % within two release cycles.
- • Monitor post-go-live performance via dashboards that track SLA compliance, system uptime, and user satisfaction; proactively recommend tuning or re-configuration to maintain a 99.5 % platform availability target.
- • Contribute to the product roadmap by feeding real-world finance pain points back to Creatio’s R&D teams, influencing future AI and no-code capabilities that benefit both internal users and external customers.
- • Champion a culture of continuous improvement: run quarterly Kaizen workshops with Finance & HR stakeholders, prioritize automation backlog by ROI, and celebrate quick wins that save at least 500 labor hours annually.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Finance Business Analyst or System Analyst with at least one ERP/finance platform such as 1C, Sage Intacct/X3, or Workday Adaptive/Finance/HCM.
- • Solid grasp of accounting principles, financial flows, internal controls, and management reporting standards (IFRS or US GAAP).
- • Proven ability to document AS-IS/TO-BE processes, craft detailed functional requirements, and design integration scenarios between finance, HR, and CRM systems.
- • Upper-Intermediate English or higher, enabling clear articulation of complex requirements to global stakeholders and development teams.
- • Nice-to-have: experience with HR processes (payroll, benefits, HR operations), ERP/HCM implementations or support, basic API/data-flow understanding, and prior work in product-oriented or innovation-driven environments.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive, market-leading compensation reviewed twice yearly, plus performance bonuses tied to the financial KPIs you help improve.
- • Remote-first hybrid model with five global hubs (including a modern Kyiv city-center office) and flexible hours that respect deep-work preferences.
- • Comprehensive medical insurance with multiple coverage tiers, mental-health support, and annual wellness stipend through Creatio’s medical partner.
- • Generous paid leave—20 vacation days, 10 sick days, plus additional days for life-qualifying events—ensuring you can recharge and handle personal matters.
- • Vibrant corporate culture: quarterly team-building retreats, online/offline cultural exchanges, sports competitions, art masterclasses, and legendary end-of-year parties.
