  • • We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Business Analyst with 0-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in constructing the foundational infrastructure for our care delivery system. It offers a unique opportunity for professional development within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization where your contributions will have a direct and visible impact on the patients we serve, the therapists we empower, and the scalable systems we are developing.
  • • You will engage in strategic projects across various company functions, including clinical operations, care coordination, and payer operations. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will help accelerate our progress and fulfill our commitment to providing essential mental healthcare to older adults in need.
  • • **Support Clinical Operations:** Play a key role in developing and maintaining streamlined workflows for patient and therapist onboarding. This involves actively tracking onboarding performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and continuously enhancing the experience for every new patient joining our platform.
  • • **Monitor Key Operational Metrics:** Take responsibility for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on critical performance indicators such as patient retention, Net Promoter Score (NPS), clinical outcomes, and billing efficiency. Your insights will be crucial in guiding leadership decisions and focusing strategic efforts.
  • • **Contribute to Care Coordination and Product Feedback:** Work collaboratively with clinical and product teams to transform frontline data and user feedback into actionable insights. These insights will drive improvements in how therapists deliver care, how patients remain engaged with their treatment, and how our platform evolves to better support both user groups.
  • • **Collaborate on Product Roadmap Development:** Partner with engineering and design teams to translate frontline observations and user needs into tangible product features. Your input will be instrumental in shaping the development of tools that enhance care coordination, support therapist workflows, and improve patient engagement.
  • • **Drive Process Improvement:** Proactively identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and develop new solutions to enhance operational efficiency and patient care delivery across the organization.
  • • **Data Analysis and Reporting:** Conduct in-depth analysis of operational and clinical data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • • **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Serve as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and outcomes. Facilitate effective collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
  • • **Requirements Gathering:** Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for system enhancements and new feature development.
  • • **Quality Assurance Support:** Assist in testing new features and system updates to ensure they meet requirements and function as expected before deployment.
