- • As RevOps Manager at dash0 GmbH, you will own the operational backbone that powers the company's go-to-market engine, ensuring seamless data flow, automation, and system reliability across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B SaaS environment.
- • You will be hands-on in building and maintaining the GTM tech stack, designing automated workflows, managing email deliverability infrastructure, and creating reporting systems that directly impact revenue efficiency and team productivity.

- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning and optimizing the HubSpot-centric CRM stack, building and managing automation workflows via n8n and APIs, designing and monitoring outbound email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain health), creating clean data pipelines for accurate funnel attribution, developing dashboards for leadership, and documenting all systems to establish a single source of truth.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional GTM teams to eliminate manual processes, improve data quality, and enable scalable operations, directly contributing to faster sales cycles, better marketing ROI, and improved customer success outcomes.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in modern RevOps engineering, including API-driven integrations, email deliverability systems, low-code automation, and data pipeline design — skills that are highly transferable and in high demand across the tech industry.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
- • Strong technical proficiency with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and debugging complex integration issues.
- • Deep knowledge of email deliverability, including domain health management, bounce rate optimization, and sender reputation (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools.
- • A systems-thinking mindset focused on building scalable, repeatable processes rather than ad-hoc fixes.
