• • As a Risk Operations Specialist at Ramp, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless and secure execution of our payment operations, a critical function for a rapidly growing financial technology company. • • You will work closely with the Payments Operations Lead, acting as a key support in the daily management of diverse payment workflows. This includes overseeing and facilitating transactions via ACH, wire transfers, corporate card payments, and the unique Ramp Business Account functionalities. Your involvement will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of these financial flows, ensuring that businesses can transact with confidence and speed.
• • A significant part of your responsibility will involve the meticulous monitoring and reconciliation of payment activities. You will be tasked with identifying any discrepancies that arise, conducting thorough investigations, and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve transaction issues promptly. • • You will also play a central role in coordinating refund processes and other money movement operations.
