  • • Lead and scale Workato’s enterprise sales team across the ASEAN region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
  • • Own the go-to-market vision, strategy, and execution for the ASEAN region, aligning with global objectives and regional market dynamics.
  • • Manage a team of Enterprise and Commercial Account Executives responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to closing and post-sales growth.
  • • Oversee daily performance and development of Account Executives and first-line sales leaders, ensuring consistent quota attainment and operational excellence.
  • • Drive recruitment, hiring, and talent development initiatives to build a high-performing, scalable sales organization in ASEAN.
  • • Coach and mentor Account Executives to improve sales techniques, refine pipelines, and adopt best practices across the regional team.
  • • Collaborate closely with key regional partners to establish alignment, drive joint opportunities, and expand Workato’s ecosystem presence.
  • • Work directly with the APAC General Manager to ensure regional goals are synchronized with the broader APAC and global growth strategy.
  • • Continuously iterate on the sales process to optimize efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve conversion rates across the region.
  • • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, role-based learning, and accountability within the sales team.
  • • Serve as a key leader in Singapore, which functions as a second global HQ, with high visibility and strategic influence across the organization.
  • • Build and strengthen relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration in ASEAN.
  • • Leverage deep understanding of the ASEAN software market, particularly in integration, middleware, automation, or enterprise SaaS domains, to inform sales strategy.
  • • Maintain a hands-on leadership approach while scaling the team, balancing strategic oversight with active involvement in key deals and customer engagements.
  • • Represent Workato as a thought leader in the region, contributing to market positioning and brand credibility among enterprise clients and partners.
