- • Perform manual QA testing for a SaaS QR code generator platform, validating new features, bug fixes, and A/B experiments prior to release.
- • Test web functionality across major desktop and mobile browsers, identifying browser-specific and device-specific issues.
- • Validate responsive web behavior on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices to ensure consistent UI/UX across screen sizes.
- • Execute exploratory, smoke, and regression testing cycles to ensure release readiness and product stability.
- • Test payment, checkout, subscription, billing, and access-related flows, including successful and failed transaction scenarios.
- • Validate A/B test behavior, targeting logic, fallback behavior, and associated analytics events for accuracy and completeness.
- • Confirm that key analytics events fire correctly with accurate properties and are properly tracked in backend systems.
- • Create clear, structured, and reproducible bug reports with screenshots, videos, environment details, severity levels, and impact analysis.
- • Retest resolved issues to verify full bug resolution and ensure no regressions were introduced.
- • Communicate QA status clearly before each release: passed, failed, blocked, or passed with known issues.
- • Ensure implementation aligns with requirements, designs, copy, and acceptance criteria across UI, UX, business logic, error states, and validation messages.
- • Use browser developer tools to inspect console logs, network requests, cookies, and local storage for debugging and validation.
- • Perform edge-case testing to uncover rare or unexpected behaviors that could impact user experience or business operations.
- • Work independently to proactively identify quality risks and escalate potential issues before they impact releases.
- • Maintain fluent written communication in Russian to document findings, collaborate with team members, and report defects accurately.
- • Collaborate within a remote team operating in the CET time zone, ensuring alignment during core working hours.
- • Contribute to a culture of obsessive attention to detail, ownership, and flawless execution in a fast-paced SaaS product environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of QA experience in SaaS, web products, consumer-facing digital products, payments, subscriptions, fintech, or similar environments.
- • Strong manual QA experience with web applications, including cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
- • Experience testing payment, checkout, subscription, or billing flows.
- • Experience testing A/B tests, feature flags, experiments, or conversion funnels.
- • Ability to validate responsive web behavior on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- • Fluency in Russian language for clear written communication and documentation.
