📋 Description
- • The Sales Analytics Manager at Abnormal Security Corporation owns the analytics ecosystem for the entire sales organization, serving as the architect of how the revenue team measures performance, forecasts pipeline, and makes data-driven decisions. This role is critical in transforming analytics from descriptive reporting to predictive, AI-augmented intelligence that directly accelerates business outcomes.
- • Day to day, the person will lead the global rollout of Gong Forecasting across the AE organization, own and evolve the Sigma Computing reporting ecosystem, apply an AI-first approach to analytics using Snowflake AI, architect the Salesforce Opportunity Split framework, drive GTM Data Governance, define the strategic Reporting Strategy vision, partner with Sales Enablement on training programs, and conduct deep-dive analyses to surface pipeline health trends and forecast risks.
- • The role sits within the Field Operations team and works cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Finance, Data Engineering, and the CRO organization. Abnormal Security is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company focused on AI-powered email security, where data-driven decision-making is central to scaling revenue operations.
- • In this role, the person will develop expertise in AI-augmented analytics, gain end-to-end ownership of GTM data pipelines, influence executive-level forecasting and decision-making, and build scalable self-service analytics frameworks that become the gold standard for the revenue organization. They will also sharpen their executive communication and change management skills by driving adoption across sales teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics at a B2B SaaS company
- • Sigma Computing: production-level experience building and maintaining dashboards, workbooks, and self-service reporting layers for revenue teams
- • Gong: hands-on experience with Gong Forecasting configuration, dashboard development, and driving platform rollouts across an AE organization
- • Snowflake: proficiency querying and building on Snowflake as a data warehouse; familiarity with Snowflake AI / Cortex features
- • Salesforce: deep understanding of the Salesforce data model including Opportunity objects, pipeline mechanics, and Opportunity Splits
- • SQL: strong SQL skills for pipeline validation, ad hoc analysis, and data quality debugging
- • AI-first mindset: demonstrated experience evaluating and deploying AI tools within analytics workflows, with a clear point of view on where AI creates leverage in GTM contexts
- • Executive communication: ability to translate complex data architecture and analytics decisions into concise, actionable recommendations for CRO-level stakeholders
