  • • As a Sales Associate focused on the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) sector, you will be instrumental in building and expanding our client pipeline from the ground up. This role is designed for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who excels in outbound prospecting and thrives on the challenge of generating new business opportunities. Your passion for sales, demonstrated through proactive phone outreach, creative engagement strategies, and the ability to drive meaningful conversations with potential clients, will be key to your success.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities that support our CRE team. This will involve a strategic blend of in-depth market research, persistent outbound engagement, and active participation in industry events. You will collaborate closely with our experienced Account Executives, meticulously targeting CRE accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and cultivating qualified opportunities that directly contribute to Juniper Square's growth trajectory.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a strong "activity drives results" mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people. You will be expected to seamlessly integrate strategic planning with hands-on execution. This includes conducting thorough account research, effectively utilizing AI-driven prospecting tools, and representing Juniper Square with the utmost professionalism, curiosity, and enthusiasm in all interactions.
  • • This is a high-impact position offering a clear and defined path for career advancement, with significant opportunities to progress into an Account Executive role. Your contributions will be directly visible and valued as you help shape the future of private markets.
  • • Key responsibilities include executing targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate a consistent flow of new business opportunities. You will be expected to maintain high activity levels, aiming for 300+ calls and 200+ emails per week, while prioritizing the quality of conversations and the qualification of meetings.
  • • You will play a crucial role in driving pipeline growth by identifying and engaging prospects within both assigned and unassigned territories. Your efforts will focus on uncovering new opportunities across the diverse landscape of the private markets. Furthermore, you will partner closely with your assigned Account Executives, contributing to territory strategy development, sharing valuable market insights, and ensuring alignment in all outreach efforts.
  • • To excel in this role, you will leverage modern sales tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-driven prospecting platforms, and CRM systems like Salesforce, to meticulously build and manage a clean, organized, and actionable sales pipeline.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be to identify trigger events and buying signals within target accounts. This involves actively monitoring industry news, funding announcements, acquisition activities, leadership changes, and other relevant events to pinpoint opportune moments for outreach. You will utilize news alerts, specialized research tools, and social signals to personalize your communication and engage prospects when their interest is likely highest.
  • • You will also support and participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars, using these opportunities to identify potential prospects and cultivate valuable relationships. Your responsibilities will extend to managing pre- and post-event outreach, including sending invitations, conducting follow-ups, and nurturing leads to effectively convert initial interest into qualified meetings.
  • • Becoming a product and industry expert is essential. You will develop a profound understanding of Juniper Square’s platform, its unique value proposition, and the specific benefits it delivers to real estate private equity firms and other private market investors. This expertise will enable you to confidently articulate our value proposition to senior decision-makers and tailor your messaging to address their distinct needs and challenges.
