- • Own the top-of-funnel engine for Elly’s fast-growing agency network. You will be the first human touchpoint for hundreds of creative, media, and martech agencies across North America, EMEA, and APAC, sparking conversations that turn into long-term revenue partnerships.
- • Run a high-volume, high-precision outbound motion: 80+ personalized emails, 40+ calls, and 20+ social touches per day, leveraging HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to engage founders, new-business VPs, and growth directors at target shops.
- • Research and map agency org charts, funding news, client wins, and award lists to craft hyper-relevant messaging that proves you understand their pain points—pitching Elly’s AI-powered campaign analytics platform as the secret weapon that helps them retain accounts and upsell faster.
- • Book 15–20 qualified discovery meetings per month for our Account Executive team, maintaining a 35% SQO conversion rate and a sub-48-hour lead-response SLA; you’ll shepherd every prospect from cold outreach to hand-off with meticulous CRM hygiene and follow-up cadences.
- • Experiment daily: A/B test subject lines, call openers, and LinkedIn voice notes; iterate sequences based on open, reply, and meeting-set rates; share winning plays in our weekly “SDR Lab” to lift the entire team’s performance.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing to launch vertical micro-campaigns (e.g., “Independent Performance Shops in DACH”), with Product to relay real-time market feedback, and with Customer Success to craft case-study stories that you’ll weaponize in the next outbound wave.
- • Track everything in Salesforce and HubSpot—every call, email, and intent signal—so leadership can forecast pipeline and you can earn uncapped accelerators when you exceed 100% of target.
- • Become a trusted advisor to the agency community: host quarterly virtual round-tables, moderate panels with Elly clients, and build a personal brand on LinkedIn that attracts inbound demo requests and referral loops.
- • Master our tech stack: within 30 days you’ll be certified on HubSpot sequences, Gong call libraries, and Chili Piper routing; within 60 days you’ll build your own dashboard in Tableau to visualize funnel metrics and self-diagnose bottlenecks.
- • Grow fast: top SDRs are promoted to Senior SDR at 6 months and to full-cycle AE at 9–12 months; you’ll shadow AE calls, co-pilot late-stage demos, and own expansion outreach for your sourced accounts once you move up.
- • Champion Elly’s remote-first culture: work wherever you’re most productive, join optional co-working pop-ups in 20+ cities, and participate in our annual “Agency Safari” off-site where we visit partner agencies in London, NYC, and Singapore to deepen relationships you started online.
- • Make an outsized impact: the partnerships you initiate today will shape how thousands of campaigns are measured tomorrow, helping agencies prove ROI, win renewals, and ultimately deliver better creative work for the world’s biggest brands.
