  • • Own the top of the funnel: every day you will research, identify, and engage marketing leaders across South Africa and beyond, turning cold prospects into warm conversations and booked meetings for our senior sales team.
  • • Master multi-channel outreach: you’ll craft personalised emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone scripts that cut through the noise, using data-backed insights and compelling storytelling to show how Infuse Media’s solutions accelerate revenue growth.
  • • Hit and exceed pipeline targets: you are accountable for a weekly quota of qualified meetings and monthly revenue-influenced pipeline; we provide the CRM, sequences, and dashboards—you bring the grit and creativity to smash the numbers.
  • • Collaborate across the revenue engine: work hand-in-hand with marketing to refine ideal-customer profiles, feed real-time market intelligence back into campaigns, and partner with account executives to ensure every meeting is high-value and conversion-ready.
  • • Continuous learning loop: participate in daily stand-ups, weekly win-loss reviews, and monthly skill clinics; expect rapid feedback, role-play drills, and access to industry-leading sales enablement content so you level up every single week.
  • • Champion our culture: bring contagious positivity, celebrate teammates’ wins, and contribute to a remote-first environment where transparency, curiosity, and customer obsession are non-negotiable.
  • • Iterate and innovate: test new messaging angles, objection-handling techniques, and tech stack hacks, then share what works with the entire SDR squad so we all rise together.
