- • Lead and develop the inbound and outbound sales teams, including aftersales and offline conversion functions, to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- • Own full responsibility for sales team targets, metrics, and performance tracking, ensuring structured planning and execution grounded in data, not intuition.
- • Architect and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, from initial touchpoint through retention, ensuring consistent brand experience for premium clients.
- • Manage and maintain the CRM system, leveraging it to streamline workflows, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance sales team productivity.
- • Drive customer satisfaction and retention among key brand clients in retail, hospitality, tech, and luxury sectors across Germany, Sweden, and Poland.
- • Resolve client disputes and manage high-stakes relationships with major accounts, ensuring long-term partnership and brand loyalty.
- • Develop deep market and customer insights to inform product positioning, pricing strategy, and commercial decision-making in collaboration with founders.
- • Oversee the integration and adoption of AI-driven tools and workflow automation to modernize sales operations and scale processes without sacrificing quality.
- • Work directly with company founders to shape and execute the commercial strategy for European market leadership.
- • Recruit, mentor, and hold accountable a growing team of sales consultants, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance.
- • Translate company-wide ambition into actionable sales initiatives that align with the goal of systematizing a historically fragmented, craft-based industry.
- • Maintain native-level German communication with clients, partners, and internal teams, while conducting all professional correspondence and strategy sessions in fluent English.
- • Operate from the Berlin office on a full-time, on-site basis, collaborating daily with international teams in Wrocław and Helsingborg.
- • Contribute to building a scalable, repeatable commercial engine that supports the company’s trajectory toward European market dominance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in sales, including leadership or mentoring of a sales team
- • Native-level German language proficiency — non-negotiable
- • Professional fluency in English
- • Proven experience managing CRM systems and data-driven sales pipelines
- • Demonstrated ability to lead, hold accountable, and develop a sales team
- • Strong appetite for AI-native tools and workflow automation
