  • • Prelude is seeking a pioneering Sales Enablement Lead to architect and implement our Go-To-Market (GTM) enablement strategy from the ground up. As our inaugural hire in this critical function, you will have the unique opportunity to shape how our sales organization learns, grows, and succeeds. This role offers significant autonomy and ownership, directly impacting Prelude's ambitious international expansion and contributing to the success of a dynamic, fast-growing team.
  • • Your primary mission will be to equip our sales force – including Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Partnership Managers – with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to excel. This involves designing and executing a comprehensive onboarding program that accelerates ramp-up time, enabling new hires to become impactful contributors as quickly as possible. You will be instrumental in transforming raw talent into high-performing sales professionals.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to develop and deliver engaging training initiatives. This includes facilitating workshops, conducting role-playing exercises, and providing in-depth product training. You will focus on honing foundational sales skills such as effective discovery, precise qualification, compelling storytelling, and adept objection handling. Furthermore, you will embed established sales methodologies like MEDDIC, BANT, and Challenger into our sales processes, ensuring a consistent and effective approach across the team.
  • • Collaboration will be central to your success. You will work closely with Sales Operations to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes tracking metrics like time to first opportunity, time to first deal, and win rates. By analyzing performance trends and identifying gaps, you will provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth.
  • • As Prelude's product, messaging, and GTM strategies evolve, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining all onboarding materials. This ensures that our documentation is always current, clear, easily accessible, and scalable to support our growth. You will also play a crucial role in organizing and managing our sales resources, including pitch decks, battlecards, and sales scripts, ensuring they are readily available and consistently updated to reflect the latest product features and market positioning.
  • • You will be tasked with managing the tools and technologies that enhance sales productivity. This involves evaluating our current tech stack, identifying opportunities for improvement, and exploring innovative solutions, including the strategic application of AI and automation, to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
  • • A critical element of this role is fostering alignment across departments. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to guarantee a unified message and consistent resource availability. This cross-functional collaboration ensures that our sales team is always equipped with accurate and compelling information that resonates with our target audience and effectively communicates Prelude's value proposition.
