- • Madhive is at the forefront of revolutionizing local media, empowering businesses to connect with their communities at national scale through innovative streaming and digital out-of-home (DOOH) solutions. As we significantly expand our DOOH capabilities, we are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Enablement Lead to spearhead the adoption, execution, and internal alignment of this critical growth channel. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a nascent but rapidly growing area of our business, directly impacting revenue and market penetration.
- • This is a pivotal individual contributor role, strategically positioned at the nexus of sales strategy, revenue enablement, and operational excellence. You will become the undisputed internal subject-matter expert for all things DOOH, meticulously crafting the resources and knowledge base that empower our sales, enterprise, and customer success teams to confidently and effectively position and scale our DOOH offerings. Your work will be instrumental in shaping our inventory strategy in close partnership with our supply, product, and operations teams, and in ensuring our operational infrastructure is robust and ready to handle increasing demand.

- • WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- • SALES ENABLEMENT & REVENUE SUPPORT:
- • Serve as the primary internal DOOH subject-matter expert, providing deep knowledge and guidance to Sales, Enterprise, and Customer Success teams to foster confidence and expertise.
- • Develop and refine comprehensive positioning strategies, sales playbooks, compelling pitch materials, and engaging training programs designed to equip sellers with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to effectively articulate the value proposition of Madhive's DOOH solutions.
- • Actively support strategic sales cycles, offering specialized expertise and guidance, particularly for complex, high-value, or enterprise-level opportunities to enhance win rates and deal complexity management.
- • Proactively identify common customer objections and competitive challenges, and systematically refine messaging and sales tactics to improve product adoption, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
- • Collaborate with sales leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) for DOOH sales and track progress against targets, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- • INVENTORY & SUPPLY STRATEGY SUPPORT:
- • Work closely with Supply and Operations teams to contribute to the strategic development and packaging of our DOOH inventory, ensuring our offerings are competitive, scalable, and meet market demand.
- • Identify and define high-value vertical market segments and venue groupings that can be leveraged to create scalable, attractive, and profitable DOOH offerings for our clients.
- • Act as a crucial conduit for market feedback and seller insights, systematically gathering and synthesizing this information to inform and prioritize supply-side development and strategic planning.
- • Analyze inventory performance and identify opportunities for optimization, working with relevant teams to implement changes that enhance yield and client satisfaction.
- • OPERATIONAL ALIGNMENT & EXECUTION:
- • Foster seamless collaboration and alignment with Product, Operations, Ad Operations, and Finance teams to guarantee the operational readiness and process clarity required for successful DOOH campaign execution.
- • Assist in defining clear execution guardrails, streamlined intake workflows, and comprehensive internal documentation to ensure efficient and error-free campaign management from start to finish.
- • Monitor and track DOOH adoption trends across the sales organization, proactively identifying and flagging operational friction points or bottlenecks to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
- • Develop and maintain a central repository of DOOH-related operational procedures and best practices, ensuring easy access and understanding for all relevant internal teams.
- • MARKET & COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE:
- • Maintain a keen awareness of the evolving DOOH ecosystem, including emerging trends, innovative partner models, and the competitive landscape, providing a strategic advantage.
- • Translate complex industry developments, competitive analyses, and market shifts into clear, actionable guidance and strategic recommendations for internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- • Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand competitor strategies, pricing, and product offerings, informing Madhive's own strategic positioning and differentiation.
- • Share insights on market dynamics and client needs to help shape Madhive's long-term DOOH product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
