  • • Serve as the primary technical resource for 1Password’s Partner and Channel team, driving technical win rates and accelerating deal velocity across the partner ecosystem.
  • • Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners and their end customers, bridging deep product knowledge with commercial outcomes to ensure accurate positioning and adoption of 1Password solutions.
  • • Collaborate directly with partner technical stakeholders and decision-makers to assess technical requirements, uncover unmet needs, and align 1Password’s solutions with partner and customer objectives.
  • • Co-sell alongside internal sales teams and partners, providing technical expertise during discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution scoping to increase deal size and close rates.
  • • Design and deliver technical enablement sessions to upskill partner sales and technical teams on 1Password’s product portfolio, competitive differentiation, and integration capabilities.
  • • Prepare and respond to partner RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with tailored, high-quality technical responses that reflect deep understanding of identity and access management contexts.
  • • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to relay partner and customer feedback, flag technical blockers, and influence product direction and GTM strategy.
  • • Proactively scope technical solutions for joint accounts, evaluating met and unmet needs to recommend optimal configurations for enterprise and SaaS environments.
  • • Collaborate with partners to understand their business models (VAR, MSP, distributor, ISV), margin structures, deal registration processes, and incentive programs to align 1Password’s sales plays with partner priorities.
  • • Produce and maintain technical collateral for partner audiences, including solution briefs, integration guides, demo scripts, and competitive comparison materials.
  • • Attend partner events, channel conferences, and field engagements across the UK and EMEA region to build relationships and support joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • • Stay current on evolving security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, NIST, EU AI Regulation) and articulate how 1Password meets these requirements in partner deployments.
  • • Leverage AI tools daily to enhance sales efficiency, gain real-time coaching insights, and accelerate customer engagement through data-driven decision-making.
  • • Maintain familiarity with key identity and access management acronyms (SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, MSP, SaaS) and navigate technical conversations around credential management, privileged access, and secrets management.
  • • Contribute to product launches from a Solutions Engineering perspective, ensuring technical readiness and partner alignment.
  • • Independently manage multiple concurrent partner engagements, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
  • • Travel regularly for partner enablement sessions, field engagements, and industry events across the UK and EMEA region.
  • • Gain hands-on experience integrating 1Password or similar secrets managers with developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, or automation platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Zapier, n8n, Make).
  • • Build confidence in the role by using 1Password or another password manager personally, enabling authentic advocacy and faster onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing and partner-facing roles within a B2B SaaS environment
  • • Proven ability to deliver high-impact technical presentations and product demonstrations to C-suite and technical stakeholders
  • • Experience with channel partner business models (VAR, MSP, distributor, ISV) including deal registration and incentive programs
  • • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, including SCIM, SSO, AD, and SaaS, and comfort in security industry contexts
  • • Experience designing and delivering technical enablement content for partner teams
  • • Willingness and ability to travel regularly for partner events and field engagements across the UK and EMEA
