  • • HydroNeo is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Executive to revolutionize the aquaculture industry in Southern Thailand. As a fast-growing international startup, we are dedicated to transforming shrimp farming through our innovative Smart Farm Management System, the foundation for our vision of the HydroNeo Aquaculture Super App. This role is crucial in driving farmer adoption of our technology, guiding them from traditional, gut-feeling decisions to sophisticated, data-driven farm management. You will be instrumental in empowering farmers to improve their operations and livelihoods.
  • • Your primary mission is to connect with shrimp farmers and stakeholders, educating them on the profound value HydroNeo's technology brings. This involves identifying potential clients, engaging them through high-volume outreach via calls and video meetings, and clearly articulating how our solutions can transform their farm operations. You will be the trusted advisor, building rapport and demonstrating the tangible benefits of adopting smart farming practices.
  • • A key responsibility will be to build and meticulously manage your own sales pipeline. This requires proactive follow-up, persistent engagement, and a strong drive to close deals. You will be empowered to take ownership of your sales targets and are expected to be a self-starter, consistently striving to meet and exceed performance metrics. Your ability to nurture leads from initial contact to successful conversion will be paramount.
  • • While the role is predominantly remote and home-based, emphasizing efficient digital communication, you will also be required to conduct occasional in-person visits. These visits to farms, participation in trade shows, and attendance at local events in Southern Thailand are essential for closing deals, building crucial trust, and gaining firsthand insights into the farmers' environments and challenges.
  • • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with our marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey from the initial sales interaction through to onboarding and ongoing support. Sharing customer insights and feedback will be vital for continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • • You will be responsible for meticulously tracking all customer interactions, sales activities, and insights using our CRM tools. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records is essential for effective pipeline management, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. This data-driven approach will help us refine our sales strategies and better serve our clients.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • • Direct experience or a strong personal network within the aquaculture sector, particularly among shrimp farmers in Thailand.
  • • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and confident approach to phone and video outreach, adept at building trust quickly.
  • • Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong desire to make a significant impact and achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while also being a collaborative team player when required.
  • • Native Thai speaker with basic English proficiency for internal communication and understanding of technical terms.
